We all love a brickwork background and this background looks so real! This 3D Texture Fades Mini Brickwork embossing folder is designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. This mini folder measures 2 5/8" x 4". This folder is compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). This folder can be used with Sizzix Effectz Luster Wax, inks, paints, and other crafting mediums (sold separately) for more amazing effects. This folder is designed to use with one sheet of cardstock, paper, metallic foil, or vellum. For best results, spray both sides of the cardstock with a fine water mist before running through the die cutting machine and run through the machine 3 times, and use only one cutting pad.
I like this little mini brickwork embossing folder. It is a good size for ATCs, as it's scaled down to smaller art. It will be good for mixed media, as well. I'm glad I got this item. In fact, I bought all three of the designs I saw. Tim Holtz products have a special design about them and they're good for making things that look old, which I really like and it lends a lot of character to projects.
These are so perfect for the village, any of the villages.. I love the detail. Tim has done it again.
I wanted the full size folder, ordered Mini by mistake. I'm sure other people will love this size.
as I said in the review of the wood folder - too small - too expensive
I had no idea I was paying $10.00 for a Side-kick sized embossing folder. I thought the word mini referred to the size of the brick pattern, i.e small bricks not large bricks. I've been duped. This isn't worth more than $2.50.
